Recently met a girl in a bar. Gave her some negs about being a stalker since she saw me around and didn't say hi. Tried talking to her a few days ago at a party and talked with her some more, it was a little more difficult to get a conversation going at first but it was working out after a bit. We talked a bit and I noticed some IOI's, playing with her necklace, holding eye contact, laughing at my lame jokes. That sort of thing.

Her friends came over and we got in a group conversation. I was able to be the center of attention, and tell some stories. She then left the group because she got a phone call. I then tried to DHV a bit by flirting with some girls next to her when she got back. She stood next to me and I noticed some glances my way. Then she went inside. A few minutes later I was about ready to leave, went up to the girl and told her we should go out sometime and she said no.

I was taken back a bit, but who knows why it didn't work out. I am fine with it. Just wanted to let you all know that its okay to fail. Just move on and go after another girl. Its okay.
