So first and foremost I've recently reinvented myself as a confident, approachable and attractive person after taking a break from nights out (this is speaking from friends POV's)

Until recently I suffered from one-itis over a very close friends of mine. I thought I was over this apparently not... At least in this context. The person I was into ended up kissing and being coupley with my best friend. He knew my previous feelings for this person but this was over 3 months ago that I told him about them.

This was a bit of a shock to my system tonight. My game was shocking, I resorted to canned material that wasn't appropriate for the moment and felt lower than I've done for a long time.

I prepared myself for her going out with other guys, just not someone who like me was in her "friend zone", it was like rejection from asking her out again except 10 times worse.

Any advice on getting over this? I'm doing my best not to overreact but I'm close to cutting off a lot of trust with girls/friends as a result of this.

NB I'm 20 at uni and haven't been in a relationship before. I'm cynical about my friends relationships at this age. I've tried to get over this girl rejecting me asking her out by getting with as many other people as I can. Apparently jealousy knows no bounds.

just think if you had 10 girls in your phone right now, that would all easily have sex with you, would you care?

if you are not important to her, why is she important to you? what has she done for you that makes her so valueable to you?

if the answer is nothing besides talk to me without being rude and be physically attractive enough to make me horny, then you should probably forget about her and do your best to talk to at least 1 new girls a day, that you have never met before in your life
