Right then, here is a scenario guys, I'm in the club, buzzin and i'm in state, gr8!! but I approach then I get rejected! right now my confidence is kncoked to zero and it takes 20minutes sometimes to get it back to the state, right then guys this is really sticky for me and I need a way to reframe to myself that its not me the reason she rejected, or better ways to deal with rejection or not getting what you want cmon guys really need you help with your thoughts and ideas when u get rejected and how to get the confidence back!!

You as many other men in this forum have a self-image problem.

you get rejected and if you often get rejected then that's probcly a problem with your game get it fixed.
Now as for as reframing is concerned, that actually starts before you even start approaching,"i am a fun and friendly guy and am here to be social. Bad encounters are not going to affect me. After all, it's going to be a social experience and i am in the learning process."
and being rejected is a blessing my friend. Trust me on this. If a girl rejects you right away, you should be thankful to her that she didn't wast your 45 minutes and showed you her true colors right away. Your enemy is not rejection but a 25 minutes 'going no where interaction'.
And don't care about some dancing monkeys here, they dont really know anything but are here to behave as if their father owns the forum. Owner don't feel excited

Yeah, and dont you think its funny when you get rejected? Because girls have different ways to reject you, and unless she doesnt offend you bigtime, then you can just look at her, laugh and say have a nice evening. Ofcourse when theyre just being rude I will call them out on it. Hmm somebody didnt get enough sleep tonight. And put some more make up under your eyes, its pretty obvious..
