Hey guys,

I just wanted to stress the importance of keeping a journal. Since all of us here are dedicated to changing our lives for the better, I know some of you might find keeping a journal both helpful and inspiring.

"If your life is worth living, it's worth recording." - Anthony Robbins

I challenge every single one of you to keep a journal. Write down your thoughts, feelings, experiences, EVERYTHING. It's simple and it's fun. You can learn a lot about yourself. You can also look back over your old entries and see how much you've grown as a person. This will continue to motivate you to continue your transformation. Improving your life is never ending. As you continue to grow as a person, you will develop new goals and new direction in your life. Writing in a journal daily will capture the person who you are now, and will archive who you were. It's just like keeping a workout log. I would be willing to bet that most of you keep workout logs so you know how much weight you did and how much to increase by next time. If you didn't know what you did previously, how do you know how much to do this time? You never really know how much you've changed or improved unless you have something to measure yourself against.

I used to keep a journal a few years back before I lost all my weight and found out about PUAs. Every time I look through it, it surprises me how different I used to be.

It's really strange looking at how the voice in my head and general self esteem has changed.
Like you mentioned, its really motivating to look at. It makes me think if I was that way back then, I wonder what I can be 2 years from now...

:)
