It happened to me today in a mall when I saw all those pretty girls and couples. I don't like that feeling because it feels like a drug that I crave but it only does harm to me and it keeps coming back because I think I'm addicted to it somehow. How do I get rid of it?
I know that it's my subconscious playing tricks on me but it doesn't change the fact that it feels really real. It holds me back from feeling good and happy and there is really no need for it in my life which isn't bad to start with.
I hate is especially because I'm even meeting a girl in few days that I have some action going on with.
And of course it stands in my way of picking up girls. You can't fake subconscious and if I feel insecure in anyway (even if I know that it's ridiculous), it gonna affect my behavior/thinking/etc and screw up my good time while picking up girls.
Any tips to tame those annoying feelings?
