lost all my inner game and need ur help

i stopped gaming for about three months due to some reasons....i wasn't purposely doing it.
so its been three months.

now that i wanna get back into gaming girls....my confidence and self esteem that i had were soaring through the roof prior to stopping and now its all gone.

anything i can do to build it back up day by day so i can start gaming again like i use too because i cant even approach anymore with having that weird feeling boil up inside and drawing a blank in my head?

The only solution is to start approaching. Once you do this it will all start coming back to you, like riding a bike. Be ready for your first few approaches to be rusty but push through. You've done it before and you can do it again.

I would add that you should try to get into the mindset/state you were in before when you were heavily into approaches and try to be able to recall it when you need it. Anchoring it would be a great thing to do (it's a NLP technique). I've noticed that I approach a set much differently based upon my state at the time, it really is huge, and can seriously shave off a lot of bad approaches trying to get yourself back into the swing of things.

Just try to put yourself back into some of your previous experiences when you were gaming girls, and feeling confident and in control of the interaction, and try to feel what you were feeling, then kind of step away from that, and analyze what it is that you were feeling, and make a mental note of any specifics (example: maybe you felt a powerful sensation in your chest). I'd also try to anchor this feeling so it can be recalled in-field later. Just by doing this exercise (even without anchoring) though, you'll notice it's almost like deja-vu because you've experienced the feeling recently again.
