... except approaching women  ?

For me it's singing my soul out and doing weird on stage, go sporting, get lost in the mountains, to wrestle with a friend, to watch a good masculine movie like Gladiator or Fight club, ... and probably a whole bunch more.

What's yours?

nothing. im not that masculine anyway, but when you think about it, mascuinity is kinda the opposite of what your aiming for.
for example, men in essence want to touch a girl up without breaking in gently, and avoiding conversation alltogether. women want comfortable conversation and a physical connection before any contact.
so obviously from a pua point of view, less masculinity could be a good thing.

cool thread man

boxing - sparring against the tougher guys knowing im going to get beaten up (only every now and again lol)

anything that scares me, from killing a spider (cant stand them) to standing upto someone or even to looking out for someone

like mentioned above gym is also good. though the best to me is doing stuff that scares you, after that whatever situation your in, its like you know you got your shit handled, you did the thing you fear and came through, you'l handle this too

@foxicoxi I see what your saying, but become over feminine just for women IMO will be damaging, we're men, its part of our core to want to be masculine, id rather lose a few women and know that im a man than gain a few and regard myself as not being what im ment to be

HAHAHA

For me it's: singing and playing music, running fartleks (speed interval training) but not so much long-distance, sparring, almost any sort of physical competition both team and individual. Music is the only one I can think of that isn't physical... maybe getting my shit in under deadline or pulling off some amazing live TV.

I just noticed that all of these involve one or more of the following: 1) creating, 2) competing, 3) succeeding. Interesting.

Growling.. literally growling like an animal. Of course I have to be very careful about what company is around when I do ;)

Playing paintball. Nothing like giving it your all and shooting the shit out of people and getting shot at!

Anything where I'm at my edge. The place outside the comfort zone but not quite in the psychological trauma ahh wtf place. That could include gardening if that happens to be outside my comfort zone, but usually its something a little faster.

Pushing the limit, not so much what I'm doing, just that I'm pushing my own limit
