In the mornings when you wake up say "Today is going to be a great day. I Remember all my success with women in the past and am a successful pick up artist now and I am improving." Doing this daily will transform your belief system and in turn will help you focus on many of your success as a pick up artist. Remember when I define the word success. Focus on only taking the positive from every experience failure or success. Even if you failed, you are a success for even putting effort into it. For example, today I was hitting on this Latina milf. I was trying to physicly escalate and she felt uncomfortable and flaked. You see I was still successful though. Because I tried. I took the positive out of it and focused on what I did right(had courage to physicly escalate) instead of defining the scenario as negative because she flaked. No, I was a success today. There is something called cognitive psychology and you should check out this article on changing your core beliefs. Remember positive thinking is only reinforcement to positive actions. Words are useless without action but remember your thoughts and words are fuel to action. Just use the right fuel.
