I stumbled upon this video. I am very interested in non-verbals and inner game. This is not a PUA video, but is a lecture on non-verbals and how it can actually effect you. The central idea being "fake it till you become it." I think this translates brilliantly into PUA. When we first start, we have no idea what we are doing, but we do it anyways and eventually become what we have been striving for.

Someone already posted this vid on another thread, but indeed its amazing the point of view of this woman.

She really makes a case outta body language. A must watch.

haha damn i thought i struck gold. Still none the less. I actually did the 2 minute exercise that night. When I looked back on it I can distinctly remember standing or posing in more of a relaxed Alpha position. Girls id come up to me. Maybe it was just in my head but im gonna keep doing it and see how it works out.

Main reason why you can "improve" in these arts, in pick up; it`s couse in one way or another it`s all "in your head". Same applyies for every aspect of life; if you can change your point of view on it, you probably won`t act the same towards that subject anymore.

You have improved.
