Hey guys,
I'm kind of new to my school, I arrived last semester and everyone doesnt know me that well yet. Theres this girl I like and I'm trying to get closer with her friends, to boost my chances with her, and to kill my AA. So her friends are in my PE class and I started talking to them two days ago. At first they didnt really notice me but after I started talking to one the other two started talking to me too. I found out they love confidence and it attracts them. My problem is I'm not naturally confident and I want to improve that. Are there any things I could practice to improve that?

There are tons of topics on Inner Game, that's where you need to focus your efforts. If you don't get the basics right, it's not going anywhere.

Try to learn CBT you can buy them in book shops and it will teach you how to improve your inner game its highly recomended. it teaches you how to desensitize your fear and program ur subconcious mind how to behave and think differently check the url
