I'm 21 and have finally understood that I need to change my direction in life in the way that I think and how I act. I never had the balls to go up to a girl unless I was wasted but when sober, my AA took over and I would watch as another guy would talk to the same girl and end my chances. Not anymore man. I'm still young and thankfully haven't made any life-changing mistakes. I found this site after being referred to by a friend and I'm ready to take control of my life. I'm starting off by keeping a journal where I write down all my thoughts and wants. Over the months I want to see how my attitude on life changes and what comes of it. I'm excited just thinking about the change that will come!

Good for you man. I found this site when I was 22/23 and it has helped immensely mainly as a source of motivation and inspiration to get my shit together. No one is gonna do it for you, do it on your own for yourself, then things will fall into place. Life is a journey man, fall in love with the processes that challenge you and you will amaze yourself with positive change!
