what do you wear that you see, no one else wherever you are is wearing too?

What do you put on every sarging night, to make the target feel curious or initiate conversation?

what is it that you use in order to DHV in some way?

...in other words, What is your personal peacocking style?

In my case, I must have (no exception):

*a double necklace with a kind of up-side-down obelisk with one latin expression on each side (I made it)... it's great all girls asking what the hell does that mean, and me not telling them.

*another necklace for which Idk the word in english, with a chess design plectrum. Ironically, the spanish word for plectrum is 'pua' hahah. (again, I made it)

*a couple of friendship bracelet, can be used to DHV with any story you'd like

*a bracelet from a well known nightclub in my country (DHV), which very few people have because it's rare in comparison to other such bracelets

*One thumb ring, with yet another expression in latin, just in case they figure out the necklace. (made it too)

*(this one too) one ring divided into two rings (to wear on each ring finger), and that when you join them you can read a latin phrase about relationships (can use these to show how interesting you are, tell them you are kind of waiting for the right girl to give her the other ring, plus it's a VERY unusual item for everyone, no exceptions). you can, from the explanation given in this video, pull a hell of a routine:

Depending on my mood, I can go out all grunge like, and I'll wear a thick chain with a padlock on it.

Other times, I'll wear a simple ball-chain necklace with a key on it. I'll get comments like, "Oh is that supposed to be the key to your heart or something? How lame..."

I reply, "No, it's the key to the box of condoms, lube, and other freaky shit I keep under my bed. I do NOT want to lose this key, so it stays around my neck."

I have the same thing, with good confident posture of course.
I wear clothes with funny stuff written on it often times. I got opened a few times for wearing a "Trust me I'm a ninja" hoodie or other stuff like that.

yeah I also have height to my advantage.. I'm 2 inches shorter than Mystery so I'd call that a good thing when PU

generally I try to maintain an open body language, for example leaning back, one hand with my drink near my hip and the other one in my back pocket gives away a pretty good message. also never looking down or across the room with a straight face, always with a slight smile..

So your 6'1"? As I believe Mystery is 6'3". But how is this a good thing? A lot of the "tall" guys are around your height, so how is this a good thing?

I only do that when I need to get thru people. Or I am busy doing something and I can't take my time.

about that, yeah. actually Mystery's 6'5" as my good friend wikipedia says.. I'm 1,89m, I'm not that familiar with the feet/inch system haha.. of course a lot of tall guy are about that height, that's what being tall is all about right? but there's also short guys, and being tall can buy you that competition.. too tall is a bad thing though, always having to lean to hear. I think being that tall maybe a bit less is the ideal.

as for the other part, also when doing that, the idea is that when you get a straight face trying to look 'cool', you actually look bored and boring.. It's a lot better to look like all the fun is right by your side

i dont really use much peacocking gear, and i cant be doing with the whole mystery style peacocking. i just try to dress well so i stand out without looking out of place. i tend to go to rock/alternative music clubs so just wearing anything that isnt black or dark intsantly makes you stand out

best item ive ever used for opening was a giant pair of star shaped glasses i wore on halloween, got on the dancefloor and at least 10 girls came upto me to try them on and dance with me, some ever wanted photos!

i just got a trilby which i want to try out, i reckon it will work similar to the glasses, with girls wanting to try it on, plus its a lock in prop.

Your roughly 6'2" in our dumb measuring system. But yea being too tall is a bad thing, as I am basically in that arena with my height. On the forum at Plenty of Fish there was huge talk about height and how girls mostly preferred tall guys. And basically when girls say that they want a tall guy they are saying they prefer a guy between the height of 6'0 to 6'3", or 1.8288m to 190m (about). That puts Mystery and me out of the prefer range, but not totally tho.

Yup. But there are times when I can't worry about my facial expression and I don't really care about looking cool as that is very much open to interpretation.

Hmm.. I wear cool hats first off, I started with a black 20s style brim hat, but everybody is suddenly wearing them this year so its a little sidebenched until the AFC trend dies down. Now Ive got a felt cap that Ive been told is an old navy style in Europe, so far nobody else gots it and the girls compliment me on it, so great.

I have a popular womans mother of pearl necklace given to me by my ex roommate HB8.5, get a lot of opens with it.

I have a feather boa, bright red (thanks Mystery for the idea), a pair of cool suspenders I once got married in, half a tuxedo, a giant fake gorilla fur jacket, an all white ali-G style getup with matching black scarf, gloves, hat, and sunglasses, and then just an odd selection of clothes that stand out and say, HEY! WTF?!

Not to mention various costumes (zorro, construction worker, viking, hippy, etc..)

Otherwise I dress cool and casual, usually on the classier side.

I have something similar. I have "Requiscat In Pace" tattooed on my arm. When asked about it i say "It's an IQ-test, will you pass?". Works as a neg if they don't figure it out and works as an opener. I see people everyday on the subway och the bus looking at my tattoo and trying to figure it out. Pretty amusing to hide it and then show it and then hide it and so forth. :)

Nothing too crazy, I usually only do this in the summer, but I wear a bandana on my wrist along with a cowboy hat, gets lots of compliments... Other then that I have quite the collection of necklaces, watches, rings, and bracelets which I use accordingly

I go for the ROCKSTAR look, but remember guys, peacocking is just a TOOL not the GAME!

Only use it if your somewhat experienced in the field and can handle the social pressure.

If your going to sit alone in a corner with a drink (even for 2 minutes) it doesn't matter how good you look, Peacocking will only draw negative attention in this scenario which rapidly lowers your value!

Quote Mystery; If you can't do it in just jeans and t-shirt.. Then you can't do it!

a new Item: a black leather wristband with the Leo sign on it (kind of the one mystery uses as an opener example in the Conan O'Brian show)

and after they figure the meaning out or you tell them do you have some DHV story for backround? because I see a lot of DHV potential for that tattoo

I was thinking on getting a "dum spiro, spero" tattoo but not for the Game, just a tought

If you go as crazy as Mystery, you certainly have to be a pro in the Game to give it real use and not to look like a weirdo. But In my humble opinion having one or two interesting items when starting can ease up thing for one when say for example opening, or running low on thing to say
