Eye contact with the whole group?

When I talk to girls in groups, I tend to make eye contact with all of them in split seconds. However, I turn my head to the side facing them and keep my chest from facing their direction so I don't hand out an IOI. When should I face my chest their direction?

Group game is a bit more complicated than regular game but Ironically I feel more confident talking to whole groups of women instead of a single woman.
