I love any movie by Denzel. He, like Pitt, has a commanding presence on screen.

SHURG:
I saw that scene where he approaches his wife and said to myself, " PERFECT"

He didn't even say much. Approached the hottest woman and went in with absolute confidence.

Neil Strauss talks about how Alpha Tom Cruise is in everyday life. So I guess he'd be a good model...

I recommand oceans 13, fight club or those really cool movies(not star wars, lord of the rings, they are not cool and contain no alpha traits)

You want some examples of Alpha-male movies to watch?

1.Watch James Bond.

ANY James Bond film will do, but of course Sean Connery is the most "Alpha" Bond in my opinion. Goldfinger is the best one to watch, especially the balcony scene with the binoculars. That's a SUPER-ALPHA scene.

2. Also, watch George Clooney's films. He's still Hollywood's biggest bachelor badass, certainly not a "nice guy".

3. I don't know if you can get any alpha tips from Jack Nicholson's movies, but it's a fair bet that even though he's frickin' UGLY, he's gets more pussy in one year than most guys can get in a lifetime. So SOMETHING must be alpha about him.

4. Though Tom Cruise is good, he's over-rated in my opinion just because his character is a bit too "hyper" sometimes. Especially in "Jerry McGuire" he is NOT alpha at all. Top Gun is good to watch, but remember, you can not just recreate those scenes in real life. I think to some extent Scientology has messed with Tom's head.

5. Watch Matt Damon or any of Leo DiCapro's NEW films (i.e. Blood Diamond), they are also good.

6. Johnny Depp in something BESIDES Pirates of the Caribbean. Like The Libertine, he is BADASS in that movie. Also his opening scene in "Don Juan" is a must-see for any of our more "romantic" seducer brothers. At the very least it will inspire you...

7. Heath Ledger... watch "Casanova" even though it's a total chick-flick. Notice his confident body language in some very risky and uncomfortable situations. He does not flinch even once in front of the Inquisitor Bishop when he barges into the Brunis' (Sienna Miller's) house.

Now, who to AVOID...

Denzel Washington, unless you can find a film where he is NOT in an "asexual" danger situation. I mean, where are the women in his films? It's all terror and hostage negotiations (I'm exaggerating of course).

Anthony Hopkins - you want to be Alpha, not creepy.

Schwarzenegger - WAYYYY too over-the-top with the accent.

Adam Sandler - too comical to be Alpha.

Rob Schneider - he's not really a gigolo lol! Though the guy he worked for (the REAL gigolo) is definitely alpha, there's just not that much of him in the film.

Vin Diesel. That guy has no acting ability apart from a total fictional "macho man".

***

And Lord of the Rings DOES have alpha traits, just look at Aragorn. About as alpha as you can get for a fantasy film. Shallow girls swooned over Legolas, but Aragorn was the real MAN. Only problem is, his personality gets shrouded up in so much kingly mythology, it's hard to see him as a real person in today's world.

And don't diss Star Wars, Han Solo is a VERY alpha character. Come to think of it, Harrison Ford has always been Alpha. Indiana Jones!

Also, Tom Selleck is another one to watch. In Magnum P.I. he draws that fine line of being both an alpha male and a gentleman. Good for all you "classic seducer" types that don't like some of the newfangled things like Mystery Method.

I try to emulate a blend of Denzel in American Gangster, De Niro in Heat, Timothy Olyphant in Die Hard 3, and Robin Williams.

Will Smith... the Hitch?
In Pirates of the Caribbean Johnny Depp isn't really "Alpha" but he does have a certain presence about him.

Mehh... can't remember any more that haven't been mentioned right now.

Clark Gable... yes, very much. A lot of 1950s actors had a very AMOG presence.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6bGbjrr1 ... re=related from about 4:00, John Derek and Charlton Heston display perfect posture, great voice tonality. Notice the way they don't move around when they talk. Not their face, nor their hands. Just strong eye contact and speaking.

The classic scene from James Bond. Perfect... just perfect.

Tom Cruise in Collateral

I think the "new" James Bond does have a certain Alpha about him

He definitely seems cool and in control at all times, but still human.
(well, he doesn't look so cool when he has his balls smashed, but then again; who would?)

Never Back Down - Ryan (the bad guy). Very confident, very alpha. He owns the school
