Assuming that it's the more green coat at the top of that list rather than the "sandy" khaki colour, I'm not convinced that just any dark pant will do. I'm not sure a dark blue will go particularly well with it. Of course, in person it might be a different colour from how I perceive it online, so give it a go, but I'd be tempted to avoid dark blue.
I think there's an argument for black; something a bit like James Bond wears towards the end of the new film;

Alternatively, I think you could pull off a sort of brown pair of chino/cord type trousers with that. Make sure it's not exactly the same colour, but if it's quite similar, it could look quite nice. To avoid making it too similar, I'd wear something bright underneath, and have a couple of buttons left undone. Maybe a flash of green or light blue (again, I'd avoid going too close to dark blue). Or maybe have a scarf in one of those colours - you don't want to go too flourescent, as it will stick out a bit too much and detract from what is quite a 'grown up' and 'serious' looking coat/pant combo. But if it's an earthy green or blue (maybe get one of those scarves that is sort of tartan checkered with brown and blue on it, that would work well with the colour of the coat actually) then it should add just enough to avoid looking monochrome without changing the subtance of the outfit too much.
