Warning to anyone looking to check out any of the social man products. I bought one of their ebooks 'b4 u txt her". I was fine with the initial purchase but found out that they had been charging me 39.97 for several months without me knowing about it. I never chose any option to pay a monthly fee. I've tried frantically to contact them via email, phone, and even facebooked them with no response for about 2 weeks.

These guys will rob you of your money and scam you. If your company sees this and has any decency contact me and i'll take this whole thing back.

A lot of pickup companies will put you on an automatic monthly subscription for something if you buy one product, but as far as I know most of them (or all) give you sufficient warning by telling you that you get something like "one month free and you can cancel anytime" in their sales letter.

It's an easy thing to miss if you're lazy and don't read everything on the page... I made the same mistake when I bought an ebook about college game but I was able to easily cancel my subscription after a month or two of automatic payments...
