this is a new book released by kingy of pua method, now i tried to like this book but being honest is was very zen there was way too much on meditating and yoga and nutrition and this sort of thing and not much on actual pickup i think a quarter of the book was actually on pickup, the rest was on being a better human being, nothing on things like fashion,

now being honest i never thought of pua as being about being a better person it was just about banging loads of hot chicks, if you have this sort of thinking this book isnt for you.

a lot of guys will find it helpful and it did give me a few ideas but if pua to you is about just the act of sex it aint for you
