I've been listening to Hypnotica's Collection of Confidence for a while. The first time was Amazing. Then the effects regressed, so I figured it didn't really work that well. I still continued one by one. I'm not sure when it happened but after a few weeks of cold approaches it happened, it just clicked and all my AA went away, I grew a sense of confidence to a degree I didn't have before.
Now this program won't turn you into the biggest pimp with balls the size of grapefruit. But it will take you to another level. It will take you to what most of the frequent Cold Approachers in the forum call "NORMAL". It's great if you're starting out, it's great if you're trying to get back in the game but have a problem with Approach Anxiety, it's even great if you've been doing this a while and you still feel AA from time to time.
