Bodyweight home workout
I started doing the 666 bodyweight home workout and I would highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't have access to a gym: the progressions are awesome and -well- very progressive, and the whole thing is really well structured.
There's really no excuse not to workout anymore...
You'll need a pull up bar for one of the progressions though.

Hi Juliet,
Thanks for the recommendation and like to share some home exercises to stay healthy and fit.
Walking, jogging in a place, jumping jacks, jumping rope, push ups, crunches, squats, dancing, step exercises, yoga and stretching.

I've been following the workout I linked to originally for a couple of months now, and here my results:
- I went from barely managing one pull up, to doing strict muscle ups.
- My body fat % dropped from 19% to 11%
- I now have a six pack (damn those windshield wipers and dragon flags are hard)
- My waist went from 89cm to 82cm!
It's been awesome.
The workout seems to have been updated though, and it's now on a different page: http://www.fitness666.com/p/bodyweight-666.html
It's still free however, and I'd encourage anyone without access to a gym to give it a try!

Re: Bodyweight home workout
Great, I'll give it a try, I was looking for something new to incorporate into my routine. Thruth be told, I got off my fitness wagon for a bit, so I need to get back quickly, before I've gained more weight than I'm comfortable with

rAFC and yes, I'm a chick.
I have bursts of being a lady, but it doesn't last long.

Re: Bodyweight home workout
The problem with this type of programs is that they're not progressive... We all have different starting points... Take a look at the workout I linked to: far superior in my opinion!Martinlucy429 wrote:Below are 10 Body-weight home workout:-

Re: Bodyweight home workout
According to me this works way better then other things,It does not really need a lot of time of money just doing it on regular basis is the need if we keep a routine at home surely that can help us in taking our fitness to the next level.

Doing workout at home is great idea instead of gym. In this case you can take a partner like best fitness tracker
This will track your data and count your calories burn.
