I was wondering if someone could explain why its more alpha to be positive than a negative person, furthermore can having a positive energy affect a room as I noticed when I was walking around uni the other day with a positive energy more girls checked me out! Instinct/ Arash talks about having a positive energy could anyone expand?

if you are relaxed, confident, and walk around like your the shit girls will feel that and think whoa this guys different than most guys. cuz honestly 95% of guys dont know shit about pick up. your positive energy will rub off onto them too. you ever notice if your in a room with a buzz kill that person seems to kill the mood? opposite if your in a good mood. you'll draw everyone else into your good mood attitude

It's just being positive.. no mystery to it. Just try to be it all the time, cause it helps but it's not a means to an end all.

The most attractive people are usually the people who make us feel good, when you are positive and you make them feel good you become attractive. There is a direct correlation to how good you make someone feel and how attracted they are. This is why it's so important to have a good sense of humor as a trait(be a funny guy), that means you can consistently make a woman laugh. Making a woman laugh arouses her(not sexually) and releases some "good stuff" chemicals into your brain and thus she feels good. She then associates that feeling of good with you because you caused that good feeling, thus you are attractive to her.

I have a saying "people tend to reflect the same energy you give them." What I mean by that is when you go around smiling everyone smiles back. When you go around giving angry or "dirty" looks everyone gives you angry or "dirty" looks. When you show sadness people tend to show empathy.

This how I walk around everyday, it's a huge cycle. You make everyone feel good by making them smile, and everyone around you makes you feel better by smiling at you. You make your day better because everyone around you reflects your positive energy.

I'm not saying this happens with everyone but it is something people just tend to do. They tend to reflect your emotion and thus reflect your energy. It's the same reason when you yell at someone they tend to yell back. If you go around joking with people they tend to joke back.

So when you go around spreading positive energy, you are making people feel good. This makes you more attractive to everyone. It's actually pretty simple, I just over explained.

Note: This is what is so brilliant about being confident (not arrogant), among the many traits confident people own they seem to always own comfort. They are "comfortable in their own skin" as I've heard it put, or happy or whatever. The point is the energy they seem to bring to an interaction is a comfortable one. They bring their comfort and because of that you reflect comfort.
