@ Gunslinger,
I don't know much about the paleo diet, but like stated before this is only for 10 DAYS...feel free to go back on meat afterwards, just skip the dairy and grains

@ EzAlex,
Sure you can cook them, but if you're willing to eat them raw go for it...I do anyways. However, I mentioned in an old reply than starchy vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, beet should not be eating in the first 10 DAYS for better/faster results...

Eating potatoes during the first 10 DAYS won't affect the diet (cooked or uncooked) but if you skip the potatoes you will see faster results and if you eat raw potatoes you will see faster results, just try to eat them after the 10 days

I proactively isolate myself because I prefer it

Because I couldn't express my feeling correctly, I had trouble being normal in conversations (I was either nervous, angry, too funny, or giving the wrong emotion to a comment)
I never really had fun no matter what. I could go to a theme park with fun friends but I never enjoyed myself, not socially but just overall. Nothing brought me joy...or sadness for that matter. I was emotionless
I had very low energy and motivation
Horrible concentration and rapid racing thoughts
I also had anxiety
Struggling to spit out sentences that make sense. I always tried to talk as little as possible
This my friend are signs of anxiety and depression not being an AFC

Won´t be trying this out since I need 30 grams of protein each meal to get my muscle gains! I can however relate, when I started working out and eating better, my whole attitude towards life changed in a fashion similar to yours. In the future I will try to consume less diary products

Okay so this is my situation

I am currently in the millitary and have been working out alot and gained weight. I am curious about this diet and will want to try it as soon as possible.

I am nervous though that I will lose my physical results, could you perhaps compensate the less protein you get, with eating a hell lot of nuts? Or will this jeopardize the diet?

False. Your body can at its maximum benefit from 6 grams of protein pr hour. It is however important that these 6 grams of protein is consumed 20-40 (depending on your physical condition) minutes after each workout.

Cheers

@ EzNathan,
NO SALAD DRESSING!!!

After then 10 days, STAY AWAY FROM DAIRY AND GRAIN!!!
Why?
Because this is the whole point of the diet, to remove dairy and grains. Now, I know you are craving them like crazy, that is because they are addictive....like nicotine. It's "molecules" resembles the addictive molecules of morphine (I'll look up the link for this...there are many, if you want to google them.) In 10 days the cravings that you have now will be gone.
So don't worry about how you will never eat dairy again or grains! In 10 days you won't want them..trust me. Especially since you will feel soooo much better.

@ SmoothOp,
I completely agree this are sings of depression. But if you come to think about it, almost every afc can relate to these symptoms. They are always anxious, prefer to be alone, and have trouble talking.
And if you're an afc who has similar symptoms AND have tried years of practice in field, etc. and have not seen any MAJOR results...this should be your problem
This "diet" is kind of like the "magic pill" because it will ABOLISH your social anxiety, mumbleling, depression, motivation, etc. Nevertheless, if you have been an afc all your life, your beliefs towards women/life/relationships is fucked up, and you will have to change them by reading pua material, sarging, etc. However, because you will feel no social anxiety and feel GREAT all the time (it's like if you're on heroin 24/7  ) sarging and pua will be 90% easier, and that's not an exaggeration.

@ EzNathan,

For the 10 days, WATER + GREEN VEGETABLES. If what you're eating it's not green or clear, then don't eat it.

After the 10 days ALL fruits/vegetables are allowed (Except glazed apples, they have casein "milk") ALL Meat is allowed (but you don't really need it though). ALL FOODS that contains NO grain (gluten) or dairy (casein)...so almond milk it's ok, but NO NUTS!!!! All packaged nuts contain gluten!!! (only a few don't) and others contain milk!!! if you really want nuts, you will have to get them organic. The almond milk should be fine, I don't think they add that to it BUT DON"T COUNT ON IT...i am not sure.
and don't go overboard on the protein, like I said before too much protein will harm your body (it makes it more acidic and your liver/kidney and pushed to its limits)

After the 10 days you have to be realllllllllyyyyyy careful of what you eat. Any condiment could have casein (milk) or gluten (grains). You will be surprised. If you are going back to meat, read all the ingredients for barbecue sauce, if you're eating salads check the ingredients of the dressing (most contain both casein and gluten). btw, this diet means no more chocolate (after 10-20 days you won't miss it)

@ Swedishguy,
In your case, eat 4 ~ 5 potatoes a day. That will give you 30 ~ 37 grams of protein per day. There was this guy in the potato industries who ate nothing but plain cooked potatoes for 60 days to prove that potatoes were healthy. He lost all his cholesterol, and some other bs i don't really remember..(if you google it it's going to be one of the top first results)

@Velocity!,
You could try what I recommend to Swedishguy (paragraph above). But when it comes to bodybuilding, I don't know anything. My fashion is the one of a metrosexual in the sense that I am healthy skinny, not anexeric skinny (I forced myself to eat no more than 1200 and my body is perfect with that) and I really NEVER work out so...the potato diet mention in the above paragraph should help any body builder

@ EzNathan,
btw, almost ALL salad dressing contains some from of grains (in form of gluten) or milk (in form of dairy) so no salad dressing for life!!! unless it's hot sauce, vinegar, or special salad dressing that SAY the have NO gluten, wheat, milk, or casein.
AND only after the 10 days!!!

I am also going to start right now. I have seen that documentary you talked about and it makes perfect sense. What also makes sense is that your emotions came back alive. I have lost sense of my emotions and have been gaining a little weight.

After reading your post I know I am allergic to gluten, and you know what F*** gluten and all the other prossesed foods, (aka corn, fructose syrup)

Thanks bro, you inspired me tonight!

This post has gotten me curious, and I am thinking about trying the diet, however I can't think of that many green veggies to even eat. Could you perhaps post a list f suggestions for this diet, like what to eat?

Approximately 30 - 50 percent of people in America (a rather large percentage) are allergic to gluten in wheat, etc, and casein in dairy. These allergies are delayed inflammatory allergies, so they are not spontaneous sever reactions like one would normally think of. What happens is something like your body does not do a good job digesting them and your intestines become inflamed. This causes a lot of adverse reactions for individuals especially on peoples brains. The reason some people have or not have this condition is based on your ancestry and how far back they started eating wheat and dairy. So for all the people reading this post, a good number of you have this. You can also have a delayed inflammatory allergy to something else like pineapple or rasions and never know it. So instead of doing that ridiculous test diet of eating vegetables, you can find a place online or a doctor that will give you a kit that you piss in and mail somewhere. The lab tests ur urine for like 80 of the most common delayed inflammatory allergies and gives u a report. Mine was only like 60 dollars. Doing this can change your life. Delayed inflamaotry allegeriges can make you feel groogy, have been linked to autism, and so many other mental problems. The gut affects the brain way more than one can believe. For more info read" the ultra mind solution" by Dr. Mark Hyman

@ Florg,
Yea there's not too many choices but you really don't need that much anyways
Cabbage, Lettuce, Celery, Parsley, Kale, Mustard Greens, pickles (actually a fruit but it's ok), broccoli, spinach, and you can have lemons and limes (those are okay)

@ Taste D'Wayne Bowe,
I do agree with your post, but I doubt many people here eat pineapple or rasions (what is that?) on a daily basis...
besides, i can tell you know a lot about nutrition already from your post, then you should know that this diet is not ridiculous. Not being an asshole, just saying 8)

I have all of those symptoms, and I've always had a lot of gas and constipation.

In fact one time while I was in the military, a guy in my team handed me a maxim magazine or something with the page opened to an "are you autistic" article.

Also, apparently this is hereditary and my mom is allergic to gluten and is vulnerable to celiac.

So I just threw away my milk and meat and replaced it with vegetables (peas, green beans, spinach, celery). Will report results on Nov. 18

If the cost is losing 5-10 lbs of muscle for having a 20% chance of curing my irrational anxiety, awkwardness, racing thoughts and non-sense of humor its a no-brainer.

Being able to eat fruits would make this a lot easier, but if your results were with vegetables only then its vegetables only.
