This girl's number I got last week is someone I play frisbee with. I looked at my missed calls and saw that she had called. I misread the date of the missed call and thought she had actually called me the night before. I txt her apologizing I missed her call, and basically this is the transcript.

Me: Hey sorry I missed your call, was working a 12 hr shift. Whats up?
Her: I think your mistaken, I didn't call you last night, sorry.
Me (After re-reading the missed call): Lol, nevermind your right. misread the missed call.
Her: Okay, well enjoy the rest of your day.

That last text kind of irked me, should I make anything of it?

Oh and you have to keep some mystery about you. So don't give reasons for you not being able to do something. She doesn't need to know what you were doing at any given time.

Sometimes it is good to appear busy. I sometimes don't pick up calls and then phone 5 minutes later so that I appear busy.

You have to make it seem like you already have a life and if she wants she can be part of it.
