How you doin guys... First post on the forum, I came across it by accident I think I searched quality one liners in google or something! But I like it, it's good.

Anyway the problem I have is a HB9 I met is hot as hell and she approached me so we had a little banter, facebook came next and it went alright.... But then I came to realise that this HB9 and my ex (who I wasn't the best BF to) have started a new friendship.... obviously gutted because I think she would be massively cockblocking me!! (I don't know the PUA term for 'cock block' so please excuse me)

Anyway she hasn't replied to me for a week now and I don't really know what to do... I only know from my ex that they are mates and posts on FB, not the HB9. What to do then lads??

Not much you can do. Just don't bad mouth your ex if she asks about her, cos then she's bound to believe her when she says you're an arsehole. In fact if she asks say nice things about her, and if she asks why it didn't work you can either say it just didn't work out, or you can just be honest and say that it was because you didn't treat her very well, that you took her for granted and that you regret it. Don't say it as if you're still in love with her though obviously lol, but if you be honest and don't start lying and making out lke she was a complete bitch and bad mouthing her and stuff the new girl will like you and trust you a lot more. Also you could try talking to your ex and just be friendly, which might stop her from saying anything bad.

I totally agree with ThomasAdams. Badmouthing your ex is the worst thing you can do. I would try to talk to your ex on a level as sensible as possible to show her that you have changed. Maybe she will in return talk in a more kind way.
