a girl tells you "I'm sure you have plenty of options"

It was written as a compliment, but I'm not sure how to reply to it.

I was thinking "Maybe so, but they have to have more than just a pretty face". But im not sure if that will stick?

I heard that many times from girls. I usually pretend like they never said it. Not sure if thats the best strategy.
