her: "well only two or so but both I knew for a year before I started dating"
If true, I guess they both managed to escape from the friends zone.
Seriously though, I can really relate to this closing problem scenario, especially when it comes to Day Game. On one hand you can understand her not wanting to see someone they just met or barely know, but on the other hand, if interested she should want to spend more time with you, so you guys can get to know each other better. It's all about building that sense of trust, relating as a normal person, along with being comfortable with each other and building a sense of intrigue and attraction... something some can pull off naturally, while others take a while to master it. Something to remember is never take it personally if the other person isn't interested, at least initially, because they probably still don't know you very well... it's all about how you've come across in any situation.
And if you seemed annoyed and didn't talk much in general, even if you liked this girl, the chances of reciprocated interest are even more slim.
Going back to Day Game, the problem is while being a more normal situation, you have a very limited window to get them into a social mood, build attraction and make them and consider you more a new friend instead of just a passing stranger. Granted, closing or not, I always try to leave on good terms with everyone I meet.
