Ive known this girl for 3 weeks (met through myspace)
The first 3 days that we saw each other we kissed
Then she told me if we could just be friends because she isnt ready to start something new.
So I was ok with that.
Now, before she met me she was "seeing" a guy, nothing formal... they only saw each other like once or twice a week... sometimes they didn't saw each other or sometimes it went weeks by without seeing each other.
So she said she wasn't seeing her anymore.
Lately there was a problem with the guy and her, and a discussion led to him saying that they were still "seeing each other" ...
She is comfortable seeing this guy because he has been her friend forever and she says she knows it will not ever be something serious (due to logistic issues), so she could see him just for the meantime.
Yesterday she told me that this guy told him that they should just be friends because it was unfair to be "seeing each other" and not have the opportunity to meet someone for something formal and serious...
So here I am comforting her, telling her that its probably best that it happened now than in the future, she agrees....
This girl had told me she'd like to TRY something serious with me when she feels ready...
So now she isnt "seeing" this guy anymore... they'll still be friends but only that.
So now I basically have the road free... and well I'll just try to win her, she already likes me... but isn't ready for something serious.
My job would be to just try to keep her interested in me while she feels ready I don't know how long it can be...
But what do you do in this scenario?? I don't feel as much "excited" about her as when I just first met her (basically because I've met a few girls I'm "seeing" ) just so I don't think much of her because I like this one....
What would you do in this scenarioo??

( a nice guy.. ) and you're bound to find yourself stuck in the FZ with this one.

You shouldnt listen to her talking about "this guy" she was seeing.
Tell her:
"If your sorry and need to talk Im here for you. But Im not intrested in your past - Im intrested in you. Dont get me wrong here; I like you and all, but Im not depending on you to have a good life. So lets just have fun and we'll se what happens..."

Dont be the shoulder to cry on. Be the guy who makes her smile

Its a complicated issue...
She was seeing him before she met me, then this guy suddenly stopped talking to her, stopped texting etc, so she assumed they were not seeing each other, so she agreed to "see" me... and it was well for about 1 and a half weeks until the problem happened and the guy was like "no we're still seeing each other" so she told me lets be friends, get to know each other.
Now, she barely sees this guy, once or twice a week, and not on a weekly basis, she doesn't like that.
Im not really a shoulder because I don't comfort her in the "You deserve better kind of way"
When ths guy told her they should only be friends, I told her that it was better that he told her early, than later, now she has the opportunity to pursue something formal...
Just yesterday I saw her and she was very happy because she finally told her ex to never call her again, and we were all hugged and doing eskimo kisses, and I didn't pushed for a more serious kiss yet.
But things are starting to go well for me now, shes finally with her head clear ..

listen to Energy, i just screwed up myself, talkin to a girl, we where suppose to hang out, she was like "i cant wait to hang out with you this weekend etc" and all of a sudden she goes "this guy i like is getting locked up"... then a few weeks later i call her "he got locked up" and is crying, i tell her ill give her some time.. then a week later she stops picking up, i write her messages if shes alright, then eventually i go "hey if i cant talk to you, imma have to delete you, i cant stand to stick around and see you go thru this if u wont talk to me, what happened to wantin to see me?".. i pretty much burned the bridge and feel like shit now.

so play it safe man.
