there's this HB8 in my philosophy class. I caught her staring at me while i was going up the escalator the other day, so i just started talkin to her.

Today in class, some guy was hitting on her VERY poorly. I looked behind my shoulder to see him work lol. She goes "what are you looking at" I respnd, "Nothing. Dont get your hopes up." she counters, "Dont flatter yourself."

she texts me then. just some basic stuff, and when class ended i asked if i could copy her notes, which she came with me to the library. It was here that we were able to talk and upon leaving the library, she goes "so Jeff (the guy with poor game) asks me if i like you.
Me: what did you say? Be honest
Her: no
Me: i said be honest
Her: You are so full of yourself.

Basically, we then spoke about her tastes and mine. She likes spanish guys, the way they dress and everything

Me, on the other hand dresses more "preppy."

She thinks I'm over confident, and pretty boyish.

Do you think i should keep using cocky/funny on her, or should i use a different tactic?

Also, do you think i have a chance, especially since i came off as too cocky?

Well you have to choose your moments , you my friend just use cocky and funny all the time this could make you come off as a bit of a jerk. Now she probably expexts you to be cocky all the time so there's no spice in teh interaction.

Try being more funny and less cocky

Well I would have pulled the C/F on her after she said no the first time. and even after she said you are so full of yourself, counter attack with something smart ass. The bottom line: You have to counter every compliance test, even if it doesnt work out....

If i were you, I'd go to the bottom of the barrel an d I mean 1-5's in beauty and field test your stuff on them. That's what I do when I want to try something out. Trial and error my friend.

Kinda always remember this: If you want to make the clutch shot with 2 seconds left in the game, you dont practice those situations in the pregame and game times....you do it during practice.

Cocky-funny... Hmmm..

Have you made her laugh yet? Be honest with yourself. The funnier you are, the cockier you are allowed to be imo (unless you're dangerously good-looking to begin with).
