Ok so longs story short, I've been running game on my "boss" who's an HB8. Doing everything right, getting and receiving Kino, we text a little and talk all the time at work. She's giving off all of the right IOI's and I'm giving her some good IOI's too. I am trying to get things to the next level like meeting after work and such. Problem is this isnt happening in a club or a bar or anything like that. Its a business office so I cant treat her like the average HB slut and try to kiss close, obviously because we are at work. I don't know how to take this to the next level. I don't want to give more kino because I dont want to seem needy and I dont want to go into her office (she usually comes to mine) and chat because again I dont want to seem needy. How do I up the game while keeping it professional?

When you say at work, how old are you? Where do you work? Is this a career or just a job. I would strongly suggest you don't "eat where you shit" as they say if this is a career setting.

On the other hand, why have you not invited her out after work sometime? What are you waiting for? If she is giving you all the IOI's and kino back then just grow a pair and ask her out dude.

I have to agree with this although I prefer the "Don't dip you pen in company ink".

If it's your career, don't ruin it. If it's a part time job picking up strawberies or whatever then yeah, go for it. Heck it might even be a perfect push-pull/mixed signals setting.
