What are some conversations you guys would suggest having on a first date that don't come across as an interview. I have fairly good inner game and people skills that I can bs my way through a conversation but I am looking for a real provocotive question that would blow her mind. Any suggestions???

I say forget about a question... I always hate when first dates become interviews but it's almost unavoidable...

You want to blow her mind? This may sound ridiculous but do a magic trick (Taking a page out of Mystery's handbook here). There is one trick that is perfect if you have two equally weighted forks and a toothpick... You can actually balance both forks on a glass or bottle and it's truly amazing to see... Nothing magical here - just the laws of physics... To spice the trick up a little you can light the toothpick on fire. Do a search on "How to impress her: fork trick #3" on Youtube for a demonstration...

You can also perform the trick with a quarter as well...

Ah, the how to not have an interview on a date question.

I've been there where my date would want to treat it like one.

For you, just have an arsenal of stories, quirky tales, humorous jokes, little tadbits. Magic tricks, fun games to play etc. If you do have to go into a interview style situation then make it entertaining like playing the game where you ask a question and she has to give you an honest answer, but the question can't be repeated. Always go first and ask how many boyfriends has she had to prevent her from asking you haha. You can have a lot of fun with that one.
There are tons of games to play like the 5 questions game, the music game, some magic tricks like was mentioned above.

Stories stories and stories. Don't ask question upon question, let her divulge stuff to you. You can guide it along with stories of your own.
