when i first meet a girl i usually am very good at gaming them but my problem is when i see that my negs are getting the desired effect i turn it up and then i many times end up going over the top like the other day:

I just started a new job and i was in training and my trainer was around an HB8 so after probably six hours of training (group training with 3 other guys training and 1 other guy trainer who seemed to be really great at PU techniques might i add...) she was going to a therapy appointment and we had talked in the group as well as 1 on 1 about her therapy

HB: ok guys time for me to leave for my appointment
other guys in training: oh no dont leave you should stay...you can skip...we dont want you to go...blah blah blah
me: it was chill training with you maybe youll see me around (we work for a huge company 20,000+ employees)
other guys: no...stay...stay...
me: ah come on guys let her go she needs her help...

to me that now feels to far...if im just being overly critical let me know but i know i do go overboard sometimes...this is the only example fresh in my mind...but if anyone has any ideas or input thatd be awsome

and just fyi I wasnt going for anything with this girl ive just started gaming all girls that i meet lately trying to practice
