How should I respond when a girl I have been gaming says "when will i see u again?"

Background:
The first time I met this girl was at my friend's house. Anyways we chatted a bit didn't get her number, she left before I could. The same friend throws another party she is there. We chat some more, she wants my number. I tell her she is going to have to work for it, basically I made her friend pretend to be her pickup coach. Anyways she does work, we exchange numbers she wants to hangout again. I invite her to several events over the course of a month(this takes place from February until now). She flakes each occasion. I would say 2 of 5 were legit excuses. I am not really caring because I have other girls. She actually invited me to 2 things, one i sort of just happened to show up at and the other i couldnt make because I was out of town. I know we both want to see each other but we always seem to have something conflicting. We text and fb back and forth once or twice a week. We are also both students at the same school, so of course we are both busy during the week with school and i work and play club soccer. i live off campus and she lives on campus.

and dude, it depends on ur goal with her. if i were to answer the main question, i would say go c/f. something like, "well it depends, when are you taking me out next?". but with the background info, it seems a little harder. if you kee asking her out and she flakes more than once, thats not a good sign. you gotta get her to invite you somewhere. good luck bro

yeah, thats a good line to use since u already built comfort. i like it. but yeah, that reminds me of a time when a chick flaked on me twice! i was about to give up when she txt me something like "so, whens the next time im gonna see you?". and omg, i told myself "i am not taking this girl out!!! she's gonna take me out". she didn't like that idea...so i froze her out. that same night she invited me to go putt putt golfing....on her! lol you got it bro!
