I'm interested in this girl but I used to date her close friend and now the best friend is giving issues saying "I don't want you guys being anything more than friends". How can I make this girl forget what her friend is saying and carry on with me?

Did she dump you or did you dump her? If she was the initiator, having a civil discussion about how she broke up with you and that you should be free to date who you'd like...

If you dumped her, then... I don't know what to tell you.

If she's going to be a thorn in your side and a constant annoyance (she's got her friend's ear more than you do) then it'll be an uphill battle for you.

The friend left me. It wasn't anything serious, it was just for 2 months we were interested in each other. This girl is really into me as her other friend says and I can tell that this girl doesn't want to listen to her and stop talking to me but she says she doesn't want any drama. Whats the best thing to do in this situation?

Naw didn't get the chance to. All we did was basically just talk. Not even go on a date and I guess shes considering it as "dating" or something.
