How can I improve this? any thing I can read? I don't know if just practice will do it because I have always been telling stories and they have always been rubbish lol. How can I stop forgetting what I am talking about?

What helps me out sometimes is I pretend Im actually not talking to any people. My stories still suck but I can play it off in an amusing way depending on the situation.
