So... Now that HS is over and I have time to work on my social skills, I've been going out like 5 time/week and eventhough I have a great difficulty going and speaking to a random girl I know that this is something that will go away as it had in the past. However, I am dyslexic and I have to admit that I am not the best speaker in the planet- sometimes while in stress I find myself mixing up words and creating sentences that I don't even know what they mean. Anyways you get the point, now when I have already introduced myself and gone through that little standard talk, I find it difficult if the girl does not have something characteristic that can easily be used as a conversation topic, to continue the conversation, leading to that "awkward" silence which usually follows failure.

I need some help as to the topics of conversation on situations like the mall, bar or club (ok not that much here), and the way by which I can build that sexual tension between a girl and me , something which I honestly suck at.

Unfortunately I don't have friends that go out for picking up girls, most of 'em rely or friends of friends and so on, which doesn't really work but for them but my social circle is quite small it to work on me.

Best way to make sexual tension is not with words. But to use your touch and non verbals. Should be perfect for you since you don't have confidence with your words.
