Having a couple issues with my mid-game. Specific examples, but I have issues with this in all other scenarios also.

1) She doesn't flirt/tease back. She says she doesn't like or know how to return teases because she has always hated being teased (she says people go overboard).
How do I engage her in teasing?

2) she shows signs of boredom (ie lately towards the end of the day she's been yawning (counted 3 yesterday) in sparse intervals, sometimes on the bus when we're not talking). I suspect I may be boring her, but she does her best to be polite and covers her mouth.
What can I do to be more interesting to women? My conversation topics usually include pointing out things we walk past and telling her about my experiences there (ie the cafe where this guy made a big wooha over terrible service) but I find these do not really elicit much of a response.
I have memorized and come up with a couple of stories from my personal experiences but they run out very rapidly and just don't seem to be building attraction or creating the humor I try to elicit.

3) I did the mystery kiss close on her. When I asked 'do you wanna kiss me?' she told me I already know 'she doesn't kiss that easily'. I think this is in reference to the time when she said 'I only kiss after marriage'.
What are some ways to build attraction high enough to bridge this?

She sounds like a dud. She doesn't kiss until marriage? Was she joking about that? If she's a religious nut, you may be barking up the wrong tree
