London Venues for 1st/2nd Dates (suitable for KINO)

Im meeting women who are based all over london and now finding it really difficult to find suitable bars/venues for first/second dates.

I know from previous experience, and reading PUA material that the best venues:-
1. Must be reasonably quiet (so you can hear the target)
2. Have bench seating, sofas, banquettes etc where you can be close to the target. Extremely important for Kino3. Reasonable transport links for easy logistics

Based upon the above, can the group please suggest tried and tested venues in London, England?
