Always when i talk to girls, i always have the feeling, that they think taht iam a Jackass or something else.

I also must go very often to the toilet, when i drink something before i met Girls (not much alcohol).

HElp please!?

Stop wandering what they think and just enjoy their company. If you can't shake the feeling that girls peg you for a jerk, consider this... girls absolutely love jerks and want to bang them really hard and not call them next day, which is awesome... you are one lucky jerk

As for the second problem, dehydrate before dating and eat salty foods to hold your water down, that should do the trick...
