Just shoot the shit. Don't worry about saying anything. If she's really interested in you after the opener and a bit of banter(Interests shared) she'll start to talk to you. Just listen after that and ask about her and associate the good with you. i.e. she loves snowboarding and it makes her happy(She smiles at memories of it). You like snowboarding too, talk to her about it and put emphasis on all the good and funny things you both had while snowboarding.
