Long story short,ill try to cut out the fluff

So,lets call her B. She's actually my human resources manager at work lol. She got me my job in February,I had to clear some courtpapers because of being arrested for MJ. She let that slide and just said "quit the bud.";) Still see her sometimes for normal employee things. I was nervous at first an stuttered at first LOL which started some banter,with her teasing,kinda caught me by surprise but it was cool. Sometimes I catch her catchin me out but not blatantly. I called out on my birthday because i was DRUNK (dialed the wrong one), haha the boss tried to say I didnt even call and write me up,but I went straight to her and fought it. Showed her the 5 calls I made 3am and she called him and said,I had called like 10 times,since like 1am lol interesting. My last visit I came around to pickup a check,she was alone,without her partner and she asked if i knew her daughter, who used to hang out in my hood. Long story short,she tell me she got her daughter out of a gang,going to the leader HERSELF,she used to live in the projects,lived with 3 brothers (very close neighborhood to mine) an more. Basically we got to know eachother alot that one visit we talked an hour and i got a completely different impression of her LOL. We had a fun conversation with some back and forth. I started getting comfortable and started doing a little C+f,cold reading,etc. Teased her about it went something like:

Me-Damn i cant even look at you the same anymore...
B-Why? (had a curious look on her face)
Me- Because when i came here at first you were all professional, (I mocked her) and now you're telling me all this,what else can you do?
B-lmfao, No trust me I know how to separate work from play...

We keep talking a while and got on money,an she remembers having one of her cars for sale and offered it,teased her again,(Oh which one you took today the BMW or Mercedez?) She laughed an just said she dont got it like that...blah blah,sometimes playing with her hair or fixing herself. Soon after she got a call and started looking busy,for some reason i got back in my head and couldnt think of anything to say,and excused myself. She looked a little dissapointed, but said "Oh bye it was nice talking to you". She always tries to talk or keep a conversation going (unless shes busy) and never mentioned a husband or anything. When her partner's there we all talk and have a fun little convo,they both start teasing haha. Dont know if she really interested or not but i wanna try to go for her lol.

Was she talking about her daughter or her co workers daughter?
She wearing a ring?
Work romance I find complicated.. but.. what if what if is even worse.
That didnt really help.. gl

Ask her out to discuss some "business". Get a drink, escalate SLOWLY. Don't rush things like it's sexual harassment. Touch her shoulder first, she's ok with it? Go for the hand, done? Then slowly from the back to the waist, if she didn't resist, she's yours. Other than that, you're stuck and I'd rather back off and find another girl.

Take into consideration that some girls play hard to get, so don't think of it as rejection. Give it a second shot, and if it doesn't work, just stop and be casual as if nothing happened. Don't make it seem obvious.
