Hello all,

I'm relatively new to the forum, however have been doing much reading over the past year and must say how beneficial the PUA community has been in the past year.

I wanted to get some thoughts on a scenario that I was in the other night, I can't seem to figure out where the downfall lies. So I go out at a bar with my brother and friends, soon I begin talking to this HB8, after I noticed she kept looking over. We talked off and on the rest of the night while in between keeping busy with my friends . She was also hanging close to this guy who at first I thought they were a couple, after evaluation was just a friend. At the end of the night I got a number close, a k close would have been in reach however that guy was too close for comfort. I was pleased with the outcome for that night, I even instilled the idea of a second meet up. So then I send her a text the 2nd day, No response. Then the next day and finally 2 days following that, still no response. I was sure the number was hers as I called her phone so she had mine, and also saved my name as the contact.

This scenario just made me wonder what had happened there. I encountered her the other night, and will likely continue encountering her at this local bar. Basically everyone hangs out there, and it gets packed. I'm pretty sure she spotted me but I was lying low from that area of the bar. I feel that there was a decent connection that night and the outcome on not getting any response days later seemed odd.

What do you think as far as the potential with this one or is it a lost cause. In going forward I was wondering what could I have done better. Appreciate it!
