This is something I have fucked up spectacularly in the past, and a scenario I haven't encountered in pick-up material, that I remember.

To be clear, this is from girls I know see me as a sexual prospect, but are not currently actively in touch. I have blew this in the past both by trying to make something out of it, being cocky and funny, and by assuming it was beta bait and being aloof. I have yet to find the perfect balance.

How can I make the most out of this?

there's a multitude of reactions imo, e.g. ask "are you sure it was a dream? "
or "dream or nightmare?" or "nice to know im your dream guy" etc etc

Ask her about the dream, respond accordingly. Don't try be funny over text unless its super obvious you are joking (no sarcasm or irony, which is really hat for me as most of my humour is ironic). Be interested, if its sexual ask her what she thinks its saying and see what she says. Don't be over eager, if she's having sex dreams and telling you about them, 100% she wants to fuck you.
