So I have just got this new job at a bar/restaurant, have worked there for about 2 weeks now and I can honestly say all of the girls are HB8 - HB9

However, there is this one chick who is sending me IOIs
-constantly coming over to help me even when I don't need it (don't know if this counts as an IOI)
-Initiating all conversation
-Touching her hair etc..

So basically I want to know what is the best way to escalate with this girl at work and the work is reasonably fast paced so this means that quite short interactions occur.
I have already built a pretty good base of comfort and I have work on thursday so am hoping to escalate now that we have a base comfort that has grown over the past couple of shifts

Is there any good way to escalate in almost 'short bursts' and also taking into account the fact she is a HB9 of whom I can honestly say I do not have the most experience in pursuing (HB9s in general that is)

Just be playful and fun at work and get her to come out with you... Don't get fired from your job for sexual harassment. (Unless it's that type of job where stuff like that happens. I'll admit now that I tag teamed some girl with my sales manager at the car dealership I used to work at. We high-fived each other afterwards and I still had a job. WINNING! lol)
