I went out on two dates and this girl was through the roof interested texting me non stop showing massive IOI's etc. On the second date it was going great and I was kinoing with her in my bed during a movie, I went in for the kiss and she rejected, I backed up and acted standoffish which made her think I was mad (I wasnt) but she eventually reinitiated cuddling and the rest of the date went well. She still showed IOI's when leaving (lingering around). I didn't text her the next day and around 10 she sent me a really long text basicay telling me she was "so sorry for making it awkward but kissing usually leads to sex and she didnt want me to think she was a slut and that she thought I was mad at her because I didn't text her after wards or the next day but that she really really liked me". I was really drunk and tired and just sort of brushed it off and said no worries. In reality I should have built comfort by letting her know I wasn't mad and that I was interested too but instead I kind of shut her down after she opened up. I text her something flirty the next day but it seems like there is this bad vibe and awkward tension between us now, she's not as responsive and doesn't send as many IOI's. My question is how do I fix this so that I can get this girl on a third date to re establish comfort? It just seems like there's this awkward pressure/rift now, Is this a saveable situation?
