Someone you know through your social circle, you develop a sort of friendship with them, you start texting some sexual stuff, you tease them through text, have some fun with them this way, etc. Will try to meet up and escalate in person, just wondering where I am with them. They know I am into them sexually, but they seem not to be playing back on it. Only friendly back if you will, but at the same time have not stopped texting back.
