getting the attention

Girls love to talk to each other about everything, thats why opinion openers are so successful.
Sometimes in the middle of conversation with 2 or more girls, the attention shifts from me and the conversation continiues between the 2 girls.

What can I do in a situation like this to regain full attention and continue smoothly?

ask the other people in the group, "are they always so rude like that? how do you guys put up with them?" (neg) or just stack and change topics to then have multiple threads going at once or just change topics completely and get them interested back in the conversation. ESP them, light the spark for the fire again.
