Im attracted to a teacher in my college. She thinks Im really smart and she smiles at me any time I see her. She also makes me responsible for certain things in class. While teaching in class, she has eye contact with me more times than the rest of the class combined.

She does not wear a ring on her ring finger.

I can meet her anything one on one with the pretext of asking her some questions related to the subject.

I have not had any casual conversation with her besides conversations/questions about the subject she teaches.

University policy does not allow professors dating students. How do I approach her? What to say and how to say it?

How do I flirt with her? What do I say?
Please give me a few examples.

This is a bit of a cliché, let's face it. Student has crush on hot teacher. That's gonna' be a tough nut to crack.

Obviously you'll have to isolate, so wait till after class and then go talk to her. It'd probably draw up a plan of attack and have some class related topic to start the discussion with, which is specifically designed to easily transition into a non-school related topic. The key here is to get her out of teacher/student mode. You'll even need to think of ways to redirect her deflections as she tries to steer the conversation back to school/teacher/student stuff once it becomes clear you are just trying to socialize with her.

I think the best you'll ever get is trying to contact her after you are no longer her student, and do your best to build rapport and flirt with her up until then. Not many teachers are going to risk their careers by dating students.

That is a bad idea. "You got nice shoes"?? Come on!... She is an adult most possibly quite intelligent teacher, not some dumb 16 year-old chick who would fall for a "compliment" like that.

As Tony said, try flirting with her. However I see you are quite clueless with how to start it, so I will just give an example regarding Tony's line. I really like this one in particular: "You are a good teacher, i enjoy being in your class"
After this, talk about how she creates a comfortable yet sparking ambiance in the classroom. And how this feeling motivates and impresses you. See? I changed the subject to feelings. Now we have something to talk about. From here on you'd have a billion topics to bring up and effectively flirt with her, if she's really up for it. And bring your 100% confident ass there because as long as you're just a student you will have absolutely 0 chance.

In$tinct, that was the type of advise I was looking for. Thank you. Im just a noob... I've had only one girlfriend in my whole life. Like the teacher, she was also decades older than me. Long way to go to become a seasoned pickup artist. .. I cannot thank you all enough.
I think I can easily tell that she gets kinda nervous whenever I talk to her or look at her eye to eye... That behavior just boosts up my confidence.

I just talked to her. We were discussing the final exam and then I said:

Her: Im not going to I cannot keep up with all the work I have being the dept head and teaching...

Me: Yes thats because you made it comfortable for me and because of you there is a sparking ambiance.

Me: Now that you are not going to be a teacher, can I see you socially
Her: [smiling and face glowing brighter than a supernova] oh.... unmm.. gosh.. how old are you?
Me: 24
Her: Im too old, Im a grand mother.
Me: ok
Her: oh... you just made my day.. thank you.. thank you for all the complements. You are a good and cute man. [by this point she stood up and was going to start walking toward the door]
Me: Thank you

I dont know what to do now. Do I still have a chance?

Little to no. Perhaps she's just not used to students hitting on her. I'd give it one last shot and after that if no positive feedback leave it.

Don't give up your frame. If you really want to try then do it directly. Perhaps the age stuff was just a shit test. I think if she'd really meant it she would have appreciated your honesty and would have been more concrete about how this would not work out in her opinion. Dude, mad props for hitting on your teacher! You just set yourself apart from the other 500 guys who also think she is hot but don't have the balls to do anything about it.

A grandmother would typically be at least in her 40s, so that seems a little old for a 24 y/o. But if she's hot and you're into the cougar thing, more power to you.

Yea, she was obviously single, otherwise she would've told you she is seeing someone. Just rattling off the top of my head here, but maybe say to her next time: "I was thinking about something recently...I know you said you're a grandmother, but that shouldn't stop us from getting a coffee together sometime."

Only this time when she hems and haws, maintain your fucking frame and don't accept her initial excuses. Respond to her rejection with "Oh c'mon ONE coffee! That won't hurt anything." Then if you really want to show how much balls you have, tell her you won't go away until she goes and gets a coffee with you...with a big smile on your face of course. The smile is key. Show her that "cute/good man" charm she likes so much, lolz.

This is what happened...

I did some homework and brought it to her (even though the finals just got over couple days ago).
In the middle of asking her a question about the homework...

Me: So I was thinking about our conversation yesterday.
Her: Yes.. uaahhaa. ok
Me: I would still like to see you despite the age difference.
Her: Oh no.. I just cannot do that.. Its against school policy. You are my student. And next semester even if you are not my student, the policy still applies.
Me: Ok then how about just a drink or coffee?
Her: Again same thing. You just wouldn't stop trying would you.
Me: Well I cannot email you.. I'm sure you get 500 emails from 75 year old men trying to be your sugar daddy...
Her: [Laughing]
Me: So give me your number.
Her: Sorry.. I'm dating men my age and I'm only interested in men my age.
Me: [I'm forced not to say anything. I can hear her assistant/staff approaching closer to the room]
Her: Be good. [She gets up and walks out the door]
Me: You too. [I have no choice but to leave. I cannot have a private conversation with her anymore. She is outside her room talking to her assistant. It did not look so good for me.]

She's probably the most beautiful woman I have ever met in my life. Her mind and soul are beautiful and she is intellectually very smart. I don't know if anyone else exists like her and even if they did, how would I have an opportunity or reason to meet someone like her.

He's totally right, for my point of view, even if you really want dating her outsite, you should stop for awhile otherwise you could ruin the interactions you had already built with her.

You have to realize that there are some women you'll come across in your life who are absolutey beautiful, sexy, smart, and who possess every quality you find attractive.
