Let's say you tell a DHV story about how other women like you a lot. She should respond with something like "Wow, it sounds like you're quite the ladies man." In essence, her responses should mirror yours, which would then be further DHV. If she's says, "You really like to brag about yourself don't you?" Then that's a DLV and you know that you have tried to hard to impress her.
If she looks intrigued and starts touching you and flirting, that is a good sign. If she looks bored and starts looking away, then that's obviously bad.
