So, there is this girl I work with who I've hung out with a ton through happy hours, lunch and work parties. She is single, super bubbly and fun and we work in a largely male office so the guys give her a ton of attention there. I was also guilty of this for a while but more recently I decided to distance myself from her since I'm not one for competition, especially competition that can out game me since I'm not even remotely as good looking as some of the other guys working on her.

But a few weeks ago she texted me at 1 am after a work party (we have them like every month since we have a bar in our swanky NYC office) to come meet up with her at a bar. Got there and she was pretty far gone and was all over me and dancing. Literally every guy at the bar basically made runs at her there and she would talk to them for a few and then come back to me. She also kept touching my butt I remember. Any I walked her home and she gave me a hug before she went up. Next day she tells me she doesn't exactly remember everything.

So I didn't really make much of it since I'm really not trying to cause drama at my job. Just talked to her like normal making jokes etc. We text randomly like on Thanksgiving and stuff. Most days as she walks by my desk she touches me on the shoulder or gives me a wave. She also does this thing were she sneaks up behind me and taps me on the shoulder and then ducks down which causes me to spin around like an asshole till I look down and see her (she's tiny, maybe 5"1' and 110 pounds). Just yesterday she walked by me and walked her fingers from shoulder to shoulder (like the yellow pages logo) but I was on the phone and couldn't react. Today I accidentally touched her boob as she leaned in to look at a funny video on my desk. We had a good laugh about that.

What is my move here? All these guys are always talking to her and I don't really think I can compete but I also like the girl and she does give me IOI's.
