Let's back up a sec. Before we talk about seduction, we need to know if you are establishing attraction. If you are just the funny/nice/friendly guy they know then they may have rapport with you but no attraction. Therefore if you start rubbing their arms all seductively they'll be like "EEEK! Why is my friend trying to grope me?!"

Heywood is right as far as the seduction techniques go, and they can also be used a little bit in the attraction phase, though with more subtlety. But for attraction, you need to do some "push/pull". Tease them a bit and make them seek your attention and approval. Reveal yourself as physically appealing and desireable by demonstrating high value and do things to show that other women like you and are attracted to you.
