be the leader, you come up with what to do, you make your own descisions to benefit the people around you, use your own creativity and enginutity
don't just make ambiguous statements and expect her to take control and create the situation, step by step walk her through what you would like to accomplish, you make it happen, you make the descisions, she either wants to be lead because she sees a win/win situation just like you, or she doesn't, either way, doesn't matter, when YOU want to meet an objective, the fastest way to see if that objective can be met, is to get on top of it and move things towards meeting that objective, sitting back and woundering BUT CAN I ACCOMPLISH THIS OBJECTIVE CAUSE OF XYZ? noo.... that's won't accomplish anything, putting fourth action to work towards that objective will show you if you can reach your objective that you are leading towards
you can't read minds or predict the future, become aware of what YOU want, and stop focusing on what others are thinking or if they approve of you or not, just assume you are golden until proven otherwise
do YOU want to be single?
if the answer is no, then what is the first thing you will have to do in order to find a girl to hookup with?
obviously meet them, and what else?
ask some of these girls on dates...
so she says, why are you still single? CALL HER OUT

make it something that you both can enjoy, make every situation you create between you and a girl a WIN/WIN situation
it's that simple, solve your problems, find solutions and bring value to other people to help them to help you, everyone wins in the end
